McLeod was taken into custody today by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office on a charge of criminal attempt stalking, according to Augusta Chronicle. He was arrested at about 5:15 PM at his home
Officials on Tybee Island in Georgia, where Miley is filming her latest movie The Last Song, had put out a warrant for his arrest earlier today.
Scary! Apparently the weirdo, who believes that he is going to marry Miley, was told to stay away from the area, but was spotted again on Sunday. Eek!
Mr. Mcleod apparently made "inappropriate comments" to young girls while attending shoots for The Last Song, according to Tybee police.
